

Those who understand all of the customization options in Google Sheets have far more organized, presentable, and simpler spreadsheets.

Using the menu at the top of Google Sheets you have the following customization options: Whatever it is, choosing the right fonts, colors, highlights, and attributes is vital to getting your message across. Other options may be fun or serve a purpose adding to the point you’re trying to make with your Sheets. It is sophisticated and commonly accepted as the more proper font. Times New Roman is the go-to for college students and businessmen or women. Removing the text so that the bar includes only icons makes for a more efficient and compact Google Chrome bookmark toolbar.The fonts you choose say a lot about you and your document. You can remove the text from the other website shortcuts on Chrome’s bookmark bar much the same.

In the shot below text has been removed from a couple of the website bookmarks on the toolbar.

This leaves just its icon on the bookmark bar. Click Save and you should find that the shortcut’s text is no longer on the bookmark bar. There you should delete the text in the Name text box, and leave it blank. Right-click one of the website shortcuts on the bar, and select Edit from the menu. However, you can remove the text on the bar so that it includes just the icons instead. The bookmark bar website shortcuts include text after their icons. Custom button icons can be larger than 16x16, but the toolbar will scale them down to 16x16, so besides being larger than necessary, they will not look nearly as good as if you scaled them using a high quality image editor. Then a bookmark bar should appear at the top of the browser as in the shot below. Alternatively, press the shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+B to add it the top of the browser. Then click Settings, and select the Always show the bookmarks bar option. To add the bookmark toolbar to Chrome, click on the Customize Google Chrome option at the top right of the browser window. After adding the bookmark bar, you can also reduce the bookmarks on it to toolbar icons. The bookmark bar docks directly under the address bar at the top of the Google Chrome window. Google Chrome has a bookmark toolbar which includes shortcuts to your bookmarked websites.
